Coney Island in Winter
Coney Island Riegelmann Boardwalk
The boardwalk dates to 1923 and runs almost three miles and ends, in the east, at Brighton Beach.
Coney Island Beach
Although swimming is not allowed during the off-season, the Coney Island Beach is still open for walks or a quiet spot to reflect.
Amusement Park
Although the rides sit silent during the winter, you can gaze at the colorful and fun rides, many of which are historic.
Nathan’s Famous
Just a block or so off the boardwalk and beach, sits the original Nathan’s stand. Fun neon lights and old school billboards cover the exterior of the shop.
Pat Auletta Steeplechase Pier
The pier is a popular spot for fishing, in addition to lovely views of the waterfront.
